Russia is an oligarchy. Trump would like the USA to become one. Hence the probable Russian motive to interfere.

Yes. We, as a society and a political system are in real danger of descending into oligarchic tyranny. We must act in the largest numbers possible to put a quick halt to that trend.

I remember taking a ancient history class. And the topics we discussed we wide and varied. But soon enough it became apparent that each civilization fell do to the internal strife between the have and have nots. The idea became apparent that our country will regrettably go the same way. Just a matter of when.

Our democracy is not what it used to be. Citizen's United and dirty money has corrupted it. Voter apathy amazes me.
