Bummer. I have to also wonder how much of the state will be under water by 2040 (not that I'll be around to hear about it) if that 15" rise in sea level materializes.

Two comments: (1) Outlaw spectic tanks in urban regions and in coastal regions, and (2) more evidence of sea level rise due to glal waring.
