They would. They hate being made accountable for their actions. I remrmber the present president using this tactic ehen asked about some of his questionable comments.

It's almost like they're afraid to be treated like a minority. I wonder why?

The difference between despising a racist for being a racist and hating someone for the color of their skin is that the racist made a conscious decision to be who they are.
