tRump, who self proclaims to be the smartest, to have the best memory, and to be the best there ever was at everything, appears to be rather inept when it comes to running a business and to being POTUS, is also a rather inept criminal as well. While cleared of charges of collusion, it may be that the tRump campaign was simply incapable of exploiting fully its Russian connections. What is clear is tRump has a long history of criminal activity in virtually all of his business and so-called charitable activities, which in all likelihood continue to the present day. It is these activities (not the collusion charge) that most motivated tRump to attempt obstruction of justice. tRump endeavored at least 10 times to obstruct justice, but was thwarted many times by WH subordinates who refused to break the law by carrying out tRump’s orders. It is difficult to uncover tRump’s intent for those actions not blocked by others because tRump lives for the most part in his own delusional fantasy world. That fantasy world changes day-to-day, not only causing tRump to be incompetent but also obscuring his intent. Intent is critical towards bring obstruction of justice charges.
