So, when's the last time any of y'all borrowed at 4.5% interest?
That's about what I'm earning (in a great year) on my retirement plan. (Which is why I don't bother to add much money to it, inflation eats half of my gains.)
It's blindingly obvious that the bank curried favor with Trump via a low-interest loan.
