Several states are trying to make volunteer work mandatory to receive any state add. The problem with that is most of these same people live twenty or more miles from any town. With no vehicle or money to get one, pay car insurance, tags, taxes, gas and general upkeep. We are talking about people who don't make seven thousand a year!

There are so many ways low-income Americans arer virtually never going to get ahead seems to be the plan all along. How could they when the wealthy and big corporate control the government.

A culture which makes having access to personal transport essential is also to blame.Virtually no public transport, no sidewalks in suburban areas.., and virtually no cycle tracks.
