When I was in high school, I used to pull the same shtick (without $100 bill). I would taunt my Christian friends that I was God (the Christian God, YHWH) and there is nothing that they can do or say to disprove that.

I know. I was an ass. But in my defense, I was in high school.

Are they unique to the individual, or can more than one person register the same "vanity plate" name?

I hate these pay-walls, but I suppose it's either that or wading through interminable adverts.
