I think the GOP planned a much bigger offensive against Dems by Evangelists and Conservative Catholics than has materialized. The situation is sliding out of control, and I think a lot of them are beginning to hedge their bets in terms of the cost. When Trump got elected Roe. v. Wade looked like a goner, but now that does not appear so certain. It also appears that the T-Party and Three-Percenters are a big fizzle at this point.

And I would ask just what constitutes the evangelical Christian community? Are they Baptists, Catholics, Methodists, Lutherans or one of the hundreds of other sects?
