In my church daze the Pentecostals said they have the "full gospel." If you look at this good news as looking at a glass of water it is common to claim that others will not measure up. Therefore, rolling around in the floor babbling nonsense shows that you are really on track.

The short answer is no. Not even the pope believes all non-catholics will go to hell. They used to but not any more. As for other churches, some do, some don't. Some churches (or meetings or fellowships) do not believe anyone will go to hell. They are a very small minority.
