I live behind my camera and if I'm stressed out and feeling crappy all I need to do is pick up my camera and find something in the house to shoot. My mind goes from stress to zen while I figure out what angle would be interesting to shoot from. It's better than any drug that a doctor could prescribe.

I'm glad you got there. My ex lost everything including me and the kids over alcoholism and depression. I raised them myself from the age of 7 and 11.

@kensmile4u I find it emotionally easier to red fiction than nonfiction, although I do read both.
