Yep, not complicated and should be obvious. The problem is that religion poisons everything and should not be in our politics.

That is original intent of the founding fathers. This is a secular nation. These conservative justices are total liars and hypocrites. The right wing are the ones legislating from the bench.

It’s because they know they can’t do this through legislation.

@barjoe Totally agree!! It’s the same with the Affordable Care Act. Republicans failed after promising to repeal it and that’s why they’re in court with it now.

It will most likely be overturned by SCOTUS.

Especially with a cultist now on the scotus
