LINK The mysterious silver monolith in the Utah desert has disappeared, as fast as it appeared

I'm not one to get to jazzed about alien/supernatural/or such things, but this story is weird.

Must be a Joseph Smith thing happening in Utah. The End Times and all. 😛 😛

It looks like a waste of multiple pieces of good stainless steel to me. And the fasteners are showing. A decent sheet metal worker could have made it of one piece. 🙄
