Nature, especially when l lived in Taos, NM. I have traveled all over the country and northern NM is as beautiful as any place l have been. Oh, and pot.

I go to the river fishing by myself at sunset and watch mother natures magical show. also guilty of talking to the couple of herons that always sit with me all night lol.. one day the men in white coats will rock up.

I do not use the word spiritual. Iuse weight lifting, vegetable gardening, and writing as a means of enewal of energy.
