Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.the Marquis was seriously F'd in the head. I read 2 of his books in undergrad (On Libertine and something else) and it was just trash. No redeeming social merit whatsoever and hardly any entertainment.

Even clowns makes sense now and then, by virtue of accident, although using the word "virtue" the zenith of humor.
@Archeus_Lore it was certainly interesting and I forever had people ask about what I was reading. but pretty much all I took from it was the potential depths of depravity for people in his time.
The more bodies the more heat. Living in northern Wisconsin, in mid April with lows dipping below freezing, I, for one, look forward to the heat.
