How do you like your spuds?

I don't think there's anymore comfort food than the humble potato. How do you like your spuds served up?

I'll admit, Crinkle Cuts are my favorite.

What? No mashed? No fried? That's why "other" has a commanding lead. LOL! I do like fries, but I think mashed w/gravy is my fav. Also like tater salad.

Depends on the meal but, baked potatoes from an oven NEVER a microwave

Smashed small potatoes with garlic infused oil, roasted in the oven. Yummy

Or chips - as in fish and chips, English style. 🙂

Potato casserole. Thinly sliced and layered with onion then covered with a mixture of cream and milk then baked in the oven.

Love them mashed, a bit of onion and cheese and inside Pierogi‘s, sauteed with sweet onions and sour cream. Mashed with sauerkraut inside Pierogi’s are great too
