Few CEOs see any profit in cyber-security 'investment'. 
@FearlessFly It is cheaper to get the government to help pay the expenses after they have been hacked.
Does any economic system protect itself from what has not been done to it?
So hackers use capitalism’s loopholes to attack capitalism.
That differs little from capitalists attacking capitalism, resulting in the depressions and recessions which taxpayers repair.
Hm-mm, war without nuclear weapons.

Just think of it everyone is dead and all the resources intact.
China is not more prosperous than the West, and China's Gini score (inequality) is worse than the EU's and about the same as America's.
