So if someone burned a cross in your front yard to demonstrate how much they hated you for being their neighbor, would 18 months be enough?
With our history of race relations, when a white man plants a cross and then sets it alight on his black neighbor’s property, 18 years (let alone 18 months) is not enough!
Rhetorical question? Hell NO 18 months should not be enough. He should also be evicted. Maybe the neighbor can sue him for every penny. I would hope when he wins release he is strictly monitored for an appropriate probation period. But who am I kidding. I don't trust the legal system at all to get this right.
