An interesting fact, the US Constitution never mentions God, Jesus, Christ, or any other Christian reference anywhere in it (with the exception one Amendment referring to the date, as in 'year of our Lord' ).

For comparison, of the Bible's 10 Commandments, only 2 - those against killing and against theft - agree 100% with US law. The commandment against false witness might agree in part because the law does prohibit lying under oath. But all the rest of the Commandments have no relation to American law which the Constitution is the Supreme law of the land.

By contrast, the original Constitution's only reference to religion is to prohibit any religious test for holding a government position, and the First Amendment established a separation of church and state. Even the most superficial comparison proves the idea of the Constitution being based on the Bible to be false.
