LINK AT&T and Verizon Communications Reject Request to Delay 5G Rollout

(The problem being that the bands used for 5G are close to the bands that control altitude on airplanes. The asked for delay was just two more weeks to insure airplane safety.)

AT&T and Verizon Communications rejected a request from Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and the Federal Aviation Administration to delay the launch of 5G wireless services due to concern over interference with airline electronics.
