A — I regularly tell people the cosmological Big Bang is NOT SCIENCE; IT’S RELIGION. A Catholic priest, Georges LeMaitre, used mathematics to support the Genesis story: a universe from nothing. Xianity needs that story. Other religions need its variations, such as “turtles all the way down”.

B — The Big Bang and religion, and the fossil fuel industry, are about to take a hit from clean electrical generation—without fossil fuels.

C — Investor capitalism will be a hard-to-stop hammer.
