Donations to charities rebounded in 2021 among U.S. adults, although donations to religious organizations remained at an all-time low, according to a new Gallup survey.

Their best donors are dying out. It was inevitable. The Greatest Generation (my parents) were brought up to be true believers and support their church. The millennials (my son) are finding better things to do with their money and often not tied to one church. And some of these mega churches are so far into the hogging money they are starting to notice.

Some people may have found their way to reason, others may be feeling the increased cost of living due to covid.

Maybe, some people are starting an journey of enlightenment and figured out they are wasting money at church.

And maybe some started looking at what these donations go for. Trump got elected and all sorts of religious crazies came out of the woodwork.
