In spite of this horror, and plenty of time to think about, we still don't have the tools to stop it. Kudos to the Lincoln Project, but lets be serious, the Republicans have always been closet fascists. Not only are they out of the closet, they're proud of their depravity. And Christianity is a big part of it (in the US). Religion that foments hate needs to be suppressed, freedom be damned.

I was going to write the same thing. Even if we arrest 45 now it's probably too late. His Rally speech gave them cover to be violent if he is arrested so the race war Manson tried to start may be on. The one thing America is great at is being too late.
