In a world of believe whatever you want to be real, photoshop is the least of our worries but yes, almost certainly the case. Maybe that's why it's funny.

@LucyLoohoo I’m not sure how grand the idea is, knowing that some of the imagery it contains would give it an R rating, if not NC-17. That said, I was probably around 14 (eighth grade) when I became aware of this little gem:
