LINK Montana bars birth certificate changes, even with surgery

Only Tennessee, Oklahoma and West Virginia have similar sweeping prohibitions against changes to birth certificates, according to the civil rights group Lambda Legal.

The party of freedom taking away freedom. On the other hand, every step the right takes back towards the Middle Ages the more they marginalize themselves.

They may be one of those things that the right gets to criticize the left for in good conscience...

I think the right does it out of hate, not good conscience.

@snytiger6 I'm saying they could. Because I can't think of a reason one should be able to change their birth certificate and about a million reasons they shouldn't.
