Little maintenance compared to the lawn obsession.
In most subdivisions around this country, a well-manicured lawn it the law and any variation on that will have the township or even worse, the HOA at your door.
I live in the third largest city in New York State. I've been cited by the city many times, and I've learned how to work the system.
