LINK Wis. school board members dismissed book about Japanese American incarceration as being ‘unbalanced,’ parents say

The members said including the book would require perspective from the U.S. government, the parents allege.

(I wonder how they intend to handle books about slavery or McCarthyism... BTW, the U.S. government had acknowledged many times that the Japanese internment policy was wrong.)

so the Wisconsin kids can get the proper perspective comparing the actions of the US Government during WWII, and the actions of the Japanese government during WWII.
