As an atheist, I don't believe in an afterlife, reincarnation etc. I do believe humans contain energy and that energy returns to the universe for reuse in some way. As for loved ones, they live on through my memories and sharing of good times. What if anything do you believe?

That is true ,we consist of matter which is continually being recycled ,just like all matter through out the universe
