My first ever Callosamia angulifera to come to my lights! I had to have some ID help....I had a "feeling" it was angulifera, but I couldn't say why. I see a lot of Callosamia promethea, and they're very similar in appearance. But people more knowledgeable than I confirmed this is angulifera, the tulip tree silk moth. And a female! I hope to get a few eggs from her before setting her free again. The tulip tree silk moth is the one with the damage to her hindwing. I've included a picture of the promethea female for comparison.
