I hate seeing these stories. Mom and kittens left outside in a bag when nightime temps are in single digits.

Enforce animal cruelty laws. I oppose vigilante justice or cruel & unusual punishment. Hit 'em in the wallet or become a guest of the US penal system.( Except if the perp is Caucazoid while driving).

Bastards should be held against metal sheeting & water poured over them to freeze them to it. Then they can stay there til it thaws.

I'm glad they were found in time! The former owners deserve to be treated the same way they treated those babies.
