My beloved Max lived to 18 as a neutered male cat, my kids’ cat, Ranger, lived to 21, neutered, my sweet little Linus, my cat from childhood, less than 3 years, as he got out and into a cat fight and died from his injuries. I haven’t had an unfixed pet since him.
