This is a cat trainers TEACHING MOMENT...... SCOOP UP cats nurturingly from such spots and train them to purr on your sore back as you lay upon your belly ....after soaking up heat on your umbillicus, flip over on the heating pad with your sore back thereupon....compare the 2 positions of cat heat with heat pad..... compliment the superiour cat performance reward cats with treats favorite food or catnip ..... the cartoonist implies the cat is aloof.... you'd be aloof too if you had to shit and piss in a litterbox untended for days/weeks.... the best secret to learn in cat training IS CLEAN THE FUCKING BOX every time you notice paw prints in clean litter....when cats see their human "changing diapers" AS NEEDED that is when cats turn on charm turn off resentful looks waiting for food & fresh water
My cats would share, I'd pull them up on top of me.
