When I was giving my one cat pills for fleas, all I had to do was put it in with some broken up treats. She'd eat the pill right along with everything else. Now that I have three, though, it might be tougher. 🙂

I have always been able to get the job done, but I am sure I have been scratched in the process. Part of the job.

I have never had an issue with giving my pets meds or claw trimming. I've been scratched in the process of trimming claws, but not terribly. I have not had to give current girls any meds, but heart cat had a few meds from time to time. I can't say she liked it, but we got it done. I think she trusted me and she was very bonded to me.
