Itβs cute but I have never let my cats get into the dryer for the sad reasons stated by others.
When I was a young kid we had a kitten sneak into the dryer and die in there when it ran. My mother found it and it was really upsetting to all of us. It was my introduction to death involving any creature or person I cared about.....
My grandmother's neighbor had a cat that liked to sleep in baskets of wet laundry. He went through a cycle in a gas dryer. He got out alive, and was the meanest, toughest SOB cat in the neighborhood. Dogs were afraid of him. There were no other intact male cats in a half mile of where he lived. His ears and tail got broken in that cycle, and from what I remember pads were burned as well. He is lucky to have survived.
I always double check to make sure none of mine have ended up inside. That's one of my biggest fears! ?
We named a cat fluffy after going through the dryer....LOL
Thanks for the reminder that I need to go move laundry!
You're welcome! ?

Posted by LaurenIt's my first grand's fifth Gotcha Day and this is her in the arms of my daughter as they drove home.
Posted by LaurenIt would be warmer for us both if he'd get on my lap, but it has to be his idea - though he still likes to stay close.
