Austin spent the day with me, his parents were not feeling well. My ginger cat seemed to be very curious about Austin. When the granddaughter is here, Xena (the ginger) hides, and Zelda wants to see her. Today Zelda went into hiding most of the day and Xena entertained the baby. The baby is now crawling, and trying to figure out how to stand up.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.When my grandnieces were younger and one was still not mobile, the kitties were ok dealing with the older, walking toddler. Now that both are fully mobile, the cats quickly run and hide.

All the time!! He has four upper and two lower, and I'm thinking the next ones will be in soon. He pops them out in pairs.

@RavenCT I think she is tolerating him because he is a ginger as she is. I hope he keeps his red hair
@HippieChick58 Aww I kept waiting for that recessive to show up in my family - my Great Grandfather was a flaming redhead - so far? Not yet.
He'll be adorable if he stays Ginger! (Well and adorable if he doesn't).
And you know the kitty will love him and think it's one of her own!
@RavenCT Austin's mom has been a strawberry blonde most of her life, a bit less red now. His dad is dark, but dad's sister is redheaded, and the family is Irish, so he has some genes there to be redheaded.
