I think the exercise is helping more than the diet for weight loss. The diet is helping BP, colesteral, etc.

@Cutiebeauty Sorry, exercise does almost nothing for weight loss. That's a myth many in the medical industry believe. It's mostly about what you eat.
@MojoDave sorry, I disagree... Try running two hours or more a day and tell me you're not hungry or don't lose weight..
@MojoDave @Cutiebeauty She's right. When you lose weight, where do you think the fat goes? Around four-fifths of it gets converted into carbon dioxide and we breathe it out. Exercise is important because it gets you breathing more and speeds up the fat break down process. You have to watch what you eat too, or you'll just replace what you breathed out.
