The QAnon shaman guy was in the Navy. I'm reluctant to call him a vet. He made it two years and was let out as a seaman apprentice E2. You do bootcamp as an E1, then automatically make E2. Then, after a year, total service, you make E3. He must have been a pretty shitty sailor.

My captain UCMJed me twice for the same offense so back to back 90 days extra duty, back to back 90 days extra duty. A total of six days bread and water. Six months of suspended pay. But he was nice enough to only bust me once.
My experience in the military was, different.
