I watched a segment online and felt I didn't quite understand what the people in charge were trying to accomplish with regard to helping both the homeless people and the other residents, the residents who lived in permanent dwellings, in the area. It appeared like something straight of a documentary on how to NOT solve societal problems. It is these all too frequent failings of Democrat born policies that are making the party look like that "blue oasis" is just a mirage to fool us all into paying higher taxes, giving up or our rights, and all in the name of some "good cause" that never actualizes.

Texas' largest cities are mostly democratic leaning, the rural areas are stongly republican. the rural areas make up about 90 % of the state's area.
@glennlab I guess it's easier to fool city dwellers. That's not to say I think every D policy idea is always horrible, but as of late it's harder to believe in D vision. When cities constantly vote blue it just allows the government to continually exert more and more power over people

this is not the first of Qanon John's events that have flopped. He uses the facade of actual known venders, but doesn't put up deposits , whether he is a con man or self entitled asshole is up in the air.
