@altschmerz It truly is the only way to get their attention. Boycott them and see how they do when most of their customers are gone!
Wrongful death charges, that's not criminal it's civil.
It won't help her now, but the money might help the family after their loss.
I'm sure there's a law firm that will take it on pro bono.

I doubt any laws could make any legal charges like murder stick. However, a lawsuit and pressure on the company can put both the company and manager in financial suits. The company should have moved to fire the manager - now they need to pay up. Sad, but today's American world is only controlled through litigation resulting in lost revenue.
@altschmerz the corporation should be prosecuted.
