@MizJ He has a lot of young people in his organization, so they are really pushing social media. He's also not writing off rural Texas, Some of those districts we lose by 20-60 points, but a lot of that is a feeling of being ignored by the liberal voters in those area. A gain of even 5 points in rural areas could push him over the top. Not so much changing minds, but in energizing the defeated.

@glennlab Just being a strong liberal voice in a sea of Red is meaningful, especially if the media gives him some time and that time is neutral or positive in nature.

@MizJ I was just at the state convention last month, and the number of counties that we are flipping is amazing. The electoral math keeps getting more complicated. My Senatorial district flipped from being solid red to blue in one election cycle. After redistricting we are a solid blue district. The republicans are running out of voters in Dallas county to carve out.
