What is reported as "screaming in the middle of the night" is actually her "singing" a hymn (Great Is Thy Faithfulness).
Apparently Karen is a Xtian and I would give you odds that she supports Trump. We have a few of those in Long Beach but they are a definite minority, and only a few of them are this crazy.

I lived in Long Beach when I was in my 20's, on th eNorth Side and later a few block s walk to the beach. There were good and bad areas in the city, some were very safe and other places you could hear gun shots almost every night.
Never had a neighbor like that one though.
