- While individual police officers may have a conscience, the police as a whole are trained not to. This is one reason there is so much brutality.
- Cops are called the police FORCE for a reason.
- Racism is everywhere and getting worse and police are not immune.
- A truly free society would need neither capital, nor it's police protectors. Police are cirremtly "required" because of inequality.
- Guns kill.
- Some ask to keep the current paradigm but to reform the police. Others, myself included, want a system without police, without prisons and without capital.

Dan, you are assuming facts not in evidence. I'm not hopeful for a "good" explanation, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I agree, it's hard to imagine justification. I'm just not assuming she's a racist or poorly trained. That said, I don't know any white people who don't have some degree of institutional racism.
At best, this was a misunderstanding in which this supposedly trained woman was extremely trigger-happy. You don't just shoot someone dead so fast you don't have time to notice the furniture is all wrong. This reeks of foul play.
