Can't agree more that green energy jobs are a big part of the future, and that climate change is both a national security and a global emergency problem. But, we do indeed need to scale the wall of the powerful, willful ignorance tRump has ginned up. So, the economy, jobs, health care, etc., need to be included under the Dem umbrella. Shift the budget away from the pentagon and we can fund the green new deal as well as social programs, infrastructure, education, etc., etc., etc. Speaking of going green, I saw an article recently where someone made "plastic" bags out of avocado pits! Hemp is another new source for clothing, plastic alternatives, and more. Meghan's hostility seems to be ignorance based, i.e., she's "towing the line" and "talking the talk" of tRumpites as far as I can tell.
