Seeing how healthy this kale looked the other night I stripped a few leaves to add to my evening soup. It was very tender.
The recent rain has not only brought on many of the plants but also I notice weed in the bottom left of the pot. Gives a nice colour variation but shows that I haven't been looking after the pots!
Grass growing in both my pots and in the garden is a constant project. I can't believe sometimes how persistant it is. Other weeds like dandilions aren't nearly as bad.
It has an affinity to watered pots & fertiliser!
