Spent my Friday making sugar-free sweet pepper pickles... I pickled a peck of peppers! I made 3 batches!
5 lbs chopped peppers + 2 onions sliced
Brine:
8 Cups vinegar + 4 Cups water + 6 Cups Stevia sweetener + 1 T Salt
Pint Jars:
1 garlic clove per jar
1 t pickling spice per jar
pinch of hot chili pepper flakes - optional
Boil brine pack jars process 15 mins
