So! Linda suggested I attach.the wheels as the next step. Success. I can spin this 360° with no problem. Tomorrow I'll fill in the holes with plastic wood.

Wouldn't the casters have been better affixed within the frame rather than outside it? Though I suspect that there is insufficient room below the bottom shelf for them to fully retract.
I had a similar problem with a freestanding kitchen unit but because it was on lino just used teflon sliding pads. They don't work on concrete & grass though.
It certainly looks a good solid unit.

Great mobility for your cart, and all I can think is that I would always be scraping my ankles or catching my toes on those wicked little extensions. Are they brakes?
