Decided to grow different items this year and had a bumper amount of bell peppers. A lot got dried and frozen and I recently tried canning and pickling. Was able to pickle 8 pint jars of peppers.

When I tried bell peppers they did not do so well. Glad you had a great crop.

I need to wait 4-6 weeks to try it. I was able to bottle the extra pickling liquid. It had a lot of ingredients/spices. Several plants were red and orange. Only the sunny side colored but when I picked them and put the non colored side in the sun it colored.
