Is that concrete?
@MsKathleen it's two layers of UV protected greenhouse plastic separated by strips of bubble wrap over each pvc tube rib. Built with cedar wood framing and plywood ends. It only needed a small electric quartz heater to keep it from freezing in the harsh winters of upstate New York. The total cost was under $400. I designed and built it in three days.
Oh lovely. I am thinking about getting a new greenhouse, and you are putting salt on the wound.
