Good morning gardeners, day trip 15 to the garden. I made it to the garden and back to the house, It's damn hot today. I been eating Zucchini and yellow squash and cucumbers. I need a new way. I'm thinking fried pickles, has anyone made any, That would like to share how to fixed them. Hope everyone is having a good day.
Do them up as spears and definitely use the Panko.

There is a Greek dish called Briam which consists of roasted courgettes (zucchini) and potatoes..
You could try turning them into curry as well. I made a courgette, cauliflower and potato curry a few days ago. It was lovely.
