My back yard attempted to cripple me yesterday, so, today is an "off" day. I'm going to assist Linda in the rearrangement of her fabric collection. And while doing this, I'm going to reduce these down to sauce paste. That wilted green is basil from our garden... two days picked. Removing the stems and chopping up the leaves & tossing them in with the skinned maters... along with that "to-be finely chopped" garlic clove. Any suggestions on other ingredients?
