Sorry, not a garden plant but a houseplant.
It’s my grandmothers Donkeys Tail. My dad remembers it from when he was a little kid, so it’s got to be 70 years old at least. It bloomed this past summer! I’ve never seen it do that! I inherited it in 2006.

Yes, donkey's tail succulent. Each little leaf can make a new plant. They only flower when it is ideal for them. It is happy with you. Mezeltov.

@DaphneDarling . Some plants take much longer but they are all worth it. An orchid takes six or more years to grow from seed to flowering. Ferns take three years from a spore to leafing.
